What cookies our website and storefront set, why, and how to control them.

Our marketing site does not currently set any cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. Aggregated data (page views, referrer, country) is collected at the server level only.
This means that, for now, there is no cookie-consent decision to make on the marketing site. If we later add an embedded enquiry form or a live-chat widget that sets its own cookies, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
Our online store, powered by Zoho Commerce, sets cookies necessary for shopping-cart, login, and checkout functionality. These cookies are required for the store to work and are exempt from consent requirements under most data-protection regimes because they are strictly necessary.

If you visit pages that embed third-party content (e.g. Google Maps embed on the Contact page, Zoho Forms embed for enquiries, Zoho SalesIQ chat widget if enabled), those third parties may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.

Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the storefront's cart and checkout. Blocking third-party cookies may affect map and chat functionality but will not break core site features.
